RETURN POLICY

We want you to love every purchase made at Lilly Finch! If you need to return any FULL PRICE item(s) please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. The item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and unused.
 
If you live locally, you may drop off the item(s) at our store location with your name and order number. Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of the return.
 
If you are not able to complete in-store returns please call us first to initiate the return at 806-803-9359. Call before mailing merchandise back to us, with your name and order number included, at the following address:

You will be responsible for any shipping costs to returned merchandise. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  
Please report any damages within 5 days of receiving your order. Any damages reported after the 5 day window will NOT be eligible for returns or replacements. You may email pictures of damaged item(s) to hello@lillyfinch.com.
